RADUNO VENETO 2005

Starting from the Greek mythology, in the "Hercules Furens ", Seneca wrote “from aspera to astra" , meaning «I cross the harshnesses to the stars» or better… «the success is obtained only with theeffort»; well guys, only covering a “road” bristly with obstacles, full of good will, the Team realized those projects one were prearranged at the end of the last season: realize three official gatherings (Raduni), stimulate the participation between the members, proclaim the "winners" (first standing and big bass one) of new-instituted IBBF-team Friendship Cup, grip alliances with new partner and very much other. All that has been taken to fulfilment taken place in the moment in which it has, between Septemberthe 9th and Septemberthe 11th 2005, the last official gathering of the IBBF-Team, in Veneto County, where we will talk in the next few lines, sending again every widening to the end of theyear for our usually Team life’s summary..

At the beginning we confirm that the Veneto’s gathering has been a success in terms of participation withaprox 30tubers, fromLazio, Basilicata, Emilia Romagna and obviously, Veneto, which has organized the logistic background. Unfortunately we cannot as say under the catching profile. Biggest one was aprox 2lbs! The chosen spot, BrentaRiver, in fact has revealed impracticable due to the previous rain days. It was difficult even with 30 lbs trolling engine on our kickboat.

The heavy rains of the days preceding the event have not only increase the water’s level and running, but even the quality, so dark and muddy. However, the group , wanted so muchfish together, and it ..did! We changed spot, and we divided our big group in three liddle ones. Idrovia Veneta, and RubanoLake gave to us more satisfaction and safety although we discovered a mad fishing pressure from the shore. On Septemberthe 11th Brenta has granted us, but only in the spot byStra village. Not more of two punds bass cought by Matteo and Andrea.

The gathering in Veneto was sponsored by our usual P-Line , Sport Sile bass Store and our “new entry” Official sponsor named “Fisherbagstore”. We declare the winner of the year (Jig) and also the firs tbig bass standing to Muzungu with his 1,7 kg (4 lbs aprox).We gift to them two lovely IBBF-Team limited patches proudly created for the event. Best wishes and….many compliments!!!

In the evening we celebrated the event all togehter with a big dinner knowing the new members( Blackmartin, Matteo and Wogler) and good friends as well: we are waiting for Alessandro….maybe another new one during the next year. We also spoke about our next year and our next Raduni.
